NINE ENERGY SYSTEMS
Donna Eden has distinguished nine energy systems from her practice and different modalities like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Celtic traditions.
These are the Meridians, Chakras, Aura, Celtic Weave, Five Rhythms, Electrics, Radiant Circuits, Triple Warmer & the Grid.
In a way an artery carries blood, a meridian carries energy. There are 14 main energy pathways to primary organs. The meridians affect every organ and every physiological system, including the immune, nervous, endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, skeletal, muscular, and lymphatic systems.
A chakra is a wheel/disk that contains energetic information. There are seven chakras that process physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experiences. They are connected to the Grid and Aura. Each chakra has seven layers. they have specific tasks and dedicate that energy to those tasks.
The aura has seven layers surrounding the body. It interacts with the energies in the environment and works like a filter, protecting the body from pathogens.
The Celtic Weave is a network of spiralling pattern of figure-eights. It weaves the energy of the body like the connective tissue of your energy system.
The five rhythms are related to the elements of water, wood, fire, earth, metal and correspond to the seasons in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The rhythm of the element vibrates through us. It directs the tone and mood of the energy systems in the life being lived.
The electrics is the electrical system of the body and connects all energy systems.
Radiant circuits direct energy like hyperlinks bringing vitality, joy and connection. They redistribute energy where it is needed.
Triple warmer is a meridian and an energy system. It governs the fight/flight/freeze (survival) system and is the keeper of habits. It maintains the habitual responses to threat.
The Grid is the basic foundation of the energy body. The other energy systems are connected to it. Trauma can damage the grid, resulting in things not feeling right.
