About The Event
The Five Rhythms (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) create deeper understanding of your Emotional, Mental and Physical Health. Handle Fear, Anger, Panic, Worry and Grief better.
This is for you:
- if you want to know learn how to handle Fear, Anger, Panic, Worry, Grief better to balance your emotions, so you can handle challenging situations from a deeper wisdom within
- if you want to know more about people, why they do what they do
- if you want to improve your personal and professional relationships
- if you want to have deeper understanding about Traditional Chinese Medicine
We will also introduce a tool to work on mental rumination, thought patterns and beliefs that cause stress. It's called The Work and was developed by Byron Katie, also known as Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (IBSR).
